At Prime Carry, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 365-Day Return Policy on all eligible footwear.

Return Eligibility

• You may return your order within 365 days of receiving it.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging.

• Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Charges

• A Rs. 300 delivery and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all approved returns and refunds.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
